If you prefer specific products for allergy, asthma, pet, or environmental reasons, you can request the cleaner uses what you supply and that's noted on the booking. There is no extra charge either way.

It depends on the state. If you're handing back a rental in Queensland (Brisbane or Gold Coast), book a Queensland-specific bond clean. If you're in NSW, VIC, or WA (Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth), book an end of lease clean. Both are deep cleans built around the inspection checklist. Vacate cleaning is the alternative for landlords, sellers, or anyone cleaning a whole property that's already empty — it works in all five cities.

A standard house clean does not include inside ovens, inside fridges, inside cupboards, internal window deep-clean (frames and tracks), external windows at height, wall washing, mould in silicone or grout, carpet steam cleaning, garages, balconies, or pest control. Any of these can be added as a variation at quote stage with the price disclosed upfront, or booked as a separate carpet cleaning or specialist service.

A one-bedroom apartment usually takes 4 to 6 hours; a three-bedroom house takes 6 to 8 hours; larger or particularly dirty properties take longer. The variable is condition, not just size — a property that hasn't been deep-cleaned in two years takes meaningfully longer than the same floor area maintained well throughout the tenancy. The written quote includes the expected duration.

Yes — carpet steam cleaning is a separate service category but can be coordinated on the same day or the day after a vacate, bond, or end of lease clean. Many QLD and Victorian leases require a carpet steam-cleaning receipt at handover, especially where pets were on the property, so we recommend booking both together when planning a rental exit.

For bond and end of lease cleans, the booking includes a 14-day re-clean window covered by the service warranty. If the agent identifies items in the agreed scope that were missed or not finished to standard, the original provider returns to address them at no charge.
