Urgent Pro is a booking agency, not a service company. We do not employ cleaners, removalists, or tradespeople. We match your booking request with a verified, independent local professional who performs the work directly. Your service contract is with your assigned provider, not with Urgent Pro. We handle the booking, payment collection, and any complaints or warranty coordination on your behalf.

An independent local professional performs your service. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive the trading name and ABN of the verified provider assigned to your job — before they arrive. They run their own business, carry their own insurance, and are verified against the platform's mandatory checks before being activated. Urgent Pro acts as their booking agent only.

We confirm each provider's ABN and GST registration with the Australian Business Register, sight their public liability insurance Certificate of Currency (minimum $10 million per occurrence), verify government-issued photo identity, and confirm their right to work in Australia. Licence and qualification checks are completed where the service type requires them. This process runs before any provider takes their first booking, and insurance is tracked for renewal.

It's the same depth of clean, named for each state's tenancy framework. In Queensland (Brisbane and Gold Coast) the service is called bond cleaning and is aligned with the REIQ exit standard. In NSW, VIC, and WA (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) the same service is called end of lease cleaning and is aligned with Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs exit-condition expectations. Both carry a 14-day re-clean warranty.

Yes. Many customers book multiple services together — for example a house clean plus carpet steam clean before a move, or a removalist booking paired with rubbish removal for items that won't fit on the truck. Submit one quote request listing everything you need and we coordinate the providers for you. This is one of the structural advantages of using a booking platform over engaging individual providers separately.

Every Urgent Pro booking is backed by Australian Consumer Law guarantees and a workmanship warranty that varies by service type — 24 hours for standard house cleans, 7 days for carpet cleaning, 14 days for bond and end of lease, 48 hours visible plus 7 days hidden damage for removalists, 24 hours for rubbish removal, and tiered 7–30 days for handyman work. If something is not right, you contact Urgent Pro within the applicable warranty period and we coordinate a remedy.

Every quote is GST-inclusive and confirmed in writing before you commit. If the provider encounters something on-site that requires extra work beyond the quoted scope, the variation policy applies: anything up to $50 may be approved without contacting you; $50–$200 requires your verbal approval (phone, SMS, or email) before the work proceeds; over $200 requires written approval. No surprise charges, no end-of-job invoicing for unagreed work.

Five Australian cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth. Each city has its own verified network of independent contractors covering all five service categories — with one exception: Bond Cleaning is offered only in Brisbane and Gold Coast (Queensland terminology), and End of Lease Cleaning is offered in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth (the NSW, VIC, and WA equivalent of the same service).
