QLD-specific additions include A/C filters, ceiling fan blades, fly screens, and sliding tracks. The checklist is aligned with the QLD RTA exit-condition report — the document the agent completes at final inspection.

A regular deep clean on an occupied home is wider in scope than a routine house clean but doesn't carry the inspection-grade scrutiny of bond cleaning. A QLD bond clean is built specifically around what the agent will check at the exit inspection — wardrobes inside, skirting boards, every light fitting and fan, exhaust covers, fly screens, A/C filters, window tracks, and the items most commonly flagged on the RTA exit-condition report. The scope is tighter, the standard is higher, and the 14-day warranty covers items in the agent's exit report.

Both are separate services from the bond clean. Carpet steam cleaning is a distinct carpet cleaning booking with its own equipment and warranty period — most QLD leases require a carpet steam-cleaning receipt at handover, especially where pets were on the property, so we recommend booking both together. Pest control is a separately regulated service performed by a licensed pest controller — Urgent Pro can coordinate the booking but never bundles pest control into a cleaning booking. Surface mould on tiles, grout, and accessible bathroom areas is treated as part of the standard bond clean scope. Mould embedded in silicone, sealed grout, or natural stone may not be fully removable — this is a known limitation in humid Queensland climates and is generally considered fair wear and tear rather than tenant-cleaning responsibility. The cleaner will flag any silicone or grout that's beyond surface cleaning at the time of the job so it's clear in the agent walk-through.

Queenslanders with rooms-under-the-house, multiple levels, or extensive verandah space quote higher than a flat unit of equivalent bedroom count because of the additional surface area and access scope. Declare the property type at quote stage — the cleaner will assess factors like rooms-under, multi-level access, internal stair scope, and any verandah or external entertaining included in the bond scope. The written quote itemises the price, GST-inclusive, before booking.

The QLD RTA exit-condition report (the document the agent completes alongside Form 14a / Form 16 at lease-end) checks the condition of every room, fixture, surface, and accessible exterior area against what was recorded on the entry-condition report. Yes. QLD bond cleans carry a 14-day re-clean window under the Cleaning Service Warranty. If the agent's RTA exit-condition report identifies items in the agreed bond-clean scope that were missed or not finished to standard, the original cleaner returns to address them at no charge. Items outside the agreed scope (or fair wear and tear) aren't covered by the re-clean. The bond-refund decision itself is made by the lessor or agent through the RTA process — not by the cleaner.
