Using URGENT Pro
- A Customer may contact URGENT Pro via our website, phone, or other available channels and submit a request for Services by providing their contact information and Service Details (including service type, location, scope of work, preferred dates, and any special requirements).
- URGENT Pro will match the Customer's request with Service Providers who have indicated that they can provide the requested Services and who are available in the Customer's location.
- URGENT Pro will provide the Customer with a Quoted Price for the Services. The Quoted Price includes the Platform Fee and GST.
- To confirm a Booking, the Customer must confirm their request with URGENT Pro and pay the Deposit (or full payment, where applicable) in accordance with clause 11. Once confirmed:
- the Customer will be deemed to have made an offer to engage the Service Provider to provide the Services in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Service-Specific Terms (Service Agreement);
- the Service Provider will be deemed to have accepted the Booking when URGENT Pro confirms the Booking and a Booking Confirmation is sent to the Customer; and
- URGENT Pro will have rendered its agency services to you.
- The Booking Confirmation will include the name and ABN of the assigned Service Provider, the service details, scheduled date and time, and the Quoted Price.
- If a Service Provider is unable to carry out a Booking, then the Service Provider must give reasonable notice to the Customer and URGENT Pro. In such circumstances, URGENT Pro may assist the Customer with booking an alternative Service Provider. If the Customer does not wish to engage an alternative Service Provider, or if no suitable alternative is available, then the Customer's remedy is to cancel the Booking in accordance with clause 5 and receive a full refund.
- Once Services are complete, each Customer is encouraged to provide feedback on their experience.
How URGENT Pro Supports Service Providers
Service Providers who work through URGENT Pro are independent contractors running their own businesses. URGENT Pro supports Service Providers by:
- Marketing and customer acquisition — bringing customers to them so they can focus on delivering quality services;
- Booking and scheduling systems — managing bookings, scheduling, and customer communications on their behalf;
- Payment collection — collecting payments from customers and remitting funds to them (less applicable fees); and
- Administrative support — handling enquiries, complaints, and dispute resolution on their behalf.
Service Providers authorise URGENT Pro to act as their agent for these purposes. They remain responsible for performing the Services with due care and skill.
How URGENT Pro Supports Customers
URGENT Pro supports Customers by:
- Matchmaking — matching you with suitable Service Providers based on your service requirements, location, timing, and other relevant factors;
- Providing a single point of contact — so you deal with one professional entity rather than searching for, vetting, and managing multiple providers yourself;
- Transparent pricing — providing clear, upfront quotes so you know what to expect;
- Payment security — collecting payments securely on behalf of Service Providers; and
- Quality coordination — coordinating any complaints or issues with Service Providers to help resolve matters promptly.
Service Dates
- Your service date and time are not confirmed until the Service Provider confirms the Booking, and the scheduled date and time are communicated to you via a Booking Confirmation.
- If the date or time confirmed for your Service is not suitable or otherwise differs from what you requested, you can contact URGENT Pro to see if alternate dates or times are possible.
- If a suitable alternative date or time cannot be arranged, your remedy is to cancel the Booking in accordance with clause 5.

2. Agency Relationship
2.1 Role of URGENT Pro
You acknowledge and agree that:
2.1.1 URGENT Pro is an introductory agency
Our role is as an introductory agent for providers of cleaning, gardening, handyman, pest control, removals, junk removal, and related services. We do not ourselves provide any of these services.
2.1.2 Your contract is with the Service Provider
When you make a Booking, you enter into a Service Agreement directly with the Service Provider, not with URGENT Pro. The Service Provider is the supplier of the Services; URGENT Pro merely facilitates and administers the arrangement.
2.1.3 We are authorised to act on behalf of Service Providers
Service Providers have authorised URGENT Pro to act as their agent to:
- receive, process, and confirm Bookings on their behalf;
- set, display, and administer prices for Services in accordance with agreed pricing schedules;
- collect payments from Customers on behalf of Service Providers;
- handle complaints, disputes, and refund requests on behalf of Service Providers; and
- communicate with Customers regarding Bookings and Services.
2.1.4 We do not guarantee outcomes
URGENT Pro does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or outcome of any Services. While we endeavour to engage competent Service Providers, we do not warrant or guarantee any Service Provider's performance.
2.1.5 No employment or partnership relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchisor-franchisee relationship between URGENT Pro and any Service Provider, or between URGENT Pro and You.
2.2 Scope of Our Role
URGENT Pro operates as an independent introductory agency. We provide booking, matchmaking, and payment collection services — we do not provide the Services themselves.
2.2.1 You acknowledge that URGENT Pro does not accept responsibility or liability for representing or acting on behalf of any Customer or Service Provider, other than as necessary to facilitate Bookings and process payments.
2.2.2 URGENT Pro is not responsible for the interactions, communications, or dealings that occur between Customers and Service Providers.
2.2.3 URGENT Pro does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any quotes, estimates, or pricing calculations generated through our booking system or any tools we provide.
2.2.4 URGENT Pro is not obliged to mediate or resolve disputes between Customers and Service Providers. However, we may choose to assist at our discretion to support a positive Customer experience.
2.2.5 URGENT Pro does not guarantee that Customers or Service Providers will be able to fulfil their respective obligations, including the Service Provider's ability to complete the Services or the Customer's ability to make payment.
2.2.6 URGENT Pro does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by Customers or Service Providers through our booking system. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2.3 Service Provider Independence
Service Providers are independent contractors operating their own businesses. They are not employees, workers, partners, agents, or representatives of URGENT Pro. URGENT Pro does not control or direct the manner in which Service Providers perform their work. Each Service Provider:
2.3.1 Controls how, when, and where they perform the Services;
2.3.2 Provides their own tools, equipment, and supplies (unless otherwise agreed for specific jobs);
2.3.3 Bears the commercial risk of the engagement, including the risk of making a profit or loss;
2.3.4 Has the right to accept or decline any job offered through URGENT Pro;
2.3.5 Is responsible for their own insurance, taxation, superannuation, and compliance with applicable laws; and
2.3.6 Is free to provide services to other clients and through other agencies or platforms.
2.4 Your Main Point of Contact
Although your contract for Services is with the Service Provider, URGENT Pro will be your main point of contact while Services are being provided. We will:
- process all payments on behalf of the Service Provider;
- handle Booking enquiries and communications;
- coordinate any complaints or issues with the Service Provider; and
- assist in resolving any disputes that may arise.
3. Bookings and Service Agreement
3.1 Making a Booking
The process for making a Booking is set out in the "Using URGENT Pro" section above. When you make a Booking:
- You must provide accurate and complete Service Details, including the location, scope of work, requirements, and any special conditions;
- You agree to pay the Quoted Price, which includes any applicable GST and Platform Fee; and
- You acknowledge that URGENT Pro will use its matchmaking system to identify and assign a suitable Service Provider to perform the Services.
3.2 Formation of Service Agreement
As set out in the "Using URGENT Pro" section, the Service Agreement between You and the Service Provider is formed when:
- You submit a Booking request through URGENT Pro;
- You pay the required Deposit (or full payment, where applicable);
- URGENT Pro (acting as agent for the Service Provider) confirms the Booking; and
- You receive a Booking Confirmation.
The Service Agreement incorporates these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Service-Specific Terms. The Booking Confirmation will identify the Service Provider (including their name and ABN) who is responsible for performing the Services. The Services are supplied by the Service Provider, and URGENT Pro acts only as agent facilitating and administering the arrangement.
3.3 Service Provider Assignment
URGENT Pro will assign a Service Provider to your Booking based on availability, location, skills, and other relevant factors. If a Service Provider becomes unavailable before the scheduled service, the process set out in the "Using URGENT Pro" section applies.
4. Pricing
4.1 Prices
Prices for Services are set by URGENT Pro as authorised agent for Service Providers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST and the Platform Fee unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on service type, scope of work, location, timing, and other factors. Additional surcharges may apply for weekend, public holiday, after-hours, same-day, or remote area bookings, as disclosed at the time of Booking.
4.2 Variations and Additional Charges
If the actual scope of work exceeds the original Booking (for example, additional rooms, significantly more mess than described, special requirements, or additional services requested), a Variation may be required. The process for Variations is as follows:
- The Service Provider identifies the Variation and contacts URGENT Pro (or You, if urgent);
- URGENT Pro calculates the additional cost and communicates it to You;
- If You approve the Variation, the Service Provider proceeds with the additional work; and
- If You decline, the Service Provider completes only the original agreed scope.
You will not be charged for Variations without your prior approval, except where required to maintain safety or comply with legal requirements.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Customer Cancellations
You may cancel a Booking at any time, subject to the following cancellation policy:
| Cancellation Window | Refund / Fee |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before service | Full refund (no fee) |
| 24–48 hours before service | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before service | No refund (full charge applies) |
| No-show (no access provided) | No refund (full charge applies) |
To cancel a Booking, please contact us via our website, email, or phone with your Booking reference number.
5.2 Service Provider Cancellations
If a Service Provider cancels a confirmed Booking, URGENT Pro will endeavour to arrange an alternative Service Provider. If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund. URGENT Pro is not liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages caused by Service Provider cancellations.
5.3 Refund Process
Refunds are processed by URGENT Pro as authorised agent for the Service Provider. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. URGENT Pro's decision on refund matters is made on behalf of the Service Provider and is final, subject to your rights under the ACL.
6. Complaints and Disputes
6.1 Raising Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the Services, you should notify URGENT Pro as soon as possible, and ideally within 24 hours of service completion. Complaints should be submitted via:
- Email: support@urgentpro.com.au; or
- Online: via the complaints form on our website.
When lodging a complaint, please include your Booking reference number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as photos).
6.2 Resolution Process
URGENT Pro handles complaints on behalf of Service Providers. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days (complex matters may take longer). Resolution may include:
- Rectification: The Service Provider returns to fix the issue at no additional cost;
- Partial Refund: Credit or refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the Services;
- Full Refund: Complete refund in cases of major service failure; or
- Credit: Platform credit for future bookings.
The Service Provider bears ultimate responsibility for service quality and any rectification work. Where rectification is the appropriate remedy, the Service Provider (not URGENT Pro) is responsible for returning to complete or correct the work.
6.3 Escalation and External Remedies
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to a supervisor or request a review. You also have the right to pursue other remedies, including contacting the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), your state or territory consumer protection agency, or seeking independent legal advice.
7. Liability
7.1 URGENT Pro's Role and Liability
URGENT Pro's role is limited to facilitating and administering the arrangement between You and the Service Provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- URGENT Pro's liability is limited to its role as agent and does not extend to the performance of Services by Service Providers;
- URGENT Pro is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the provision of Services by Service Providers, except to the extent caused by URGENT Pro's own negligence or breach of these Terms;
- URGENT Pro's maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or URGENT Pro's agency services is limited to the lesser of (i) the Platform Fee component of the relevant Booking, or (ii) the cost of re-supplying the agency services.
7.2 Service Provider Liability
The Service Provider is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and outcome of the Services they provide. Service Providers are required to maintain their own public liability insurance. Any claims for property damage, personal injury, or service defects arising from the Services should be directed to the Service Provider via URGENT Pro as agent.
7.3 Consumer Guarantees
7.4 Exclusion of Indirect Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URGENT Pro excludes liability for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, even if URGENT Pro has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
8. Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time;
- Ensure the premises are safe for the Service Provider to work, including securing or restraining any pets, and informing the Service Provider of any known hazards (such as asbestos, faulty wiring, or unsafe areas);
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or hazardous items;
- Provide accurate and complete information about the scope of work required;
- Not request the Service Provider to perform any unlawful activities or activities that require a licence the Service Provider does not hold;
- Treat Service Providers with respect and dignity, and not engage in any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct;
- Not directly solicit or engage any Service Provider introduced to you through URGENT Pro for a period of 12 months following your last Booking, without going through URGENT Pro.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy & Data Handling Policy, available at urgentpro.com.au/privacy. By using URGENT Pro's services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in that policy.
We may share your information (such as your name, contact details, service address, and Booking details) with Service Providers to enable them to perform the Services. Service Providers are independent businesses and may have their own privacy practices.
10. General Provisions
10.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
10.2 Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes. Continued use of URGENT Pro's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your Booking will apply to that Booking.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy & Data Handling Policy, the Refunds, Cancellations & Complaints Policy, the Pricing & Service Variation Policy, the applicable Service-Specific Terms, and any Booking Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between You and URGENT Pro regarding the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements.
10.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.5 No Waiver
A failure or delay by URGENT Pro in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
10.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. URGENT Pro may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to a related entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
10.7 Feedback
We welcome your feedback. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about these Terms or our services, please contact us at support@urgentpro.com.au or via the contact details on our website.
11. Payment
11.1 Payment Overview
Different payment obligations apply depending on the type and circumstances of your Booking. By making a Booking, you authorise URGENT Pro to process payments on behalf of the Service Provider in accordance with this clause 11.
11.2 Third-Party Payment Service Providers
In order to accept payment, URGENT Pro may engage third-party payment service providers. These providers may charge transaction fees depending on the payment method you choose.
- Any applicable transaction fees will be displayed on the Booking Confirmation page before you complete your payment;
- Payment transaction fees may apply when making payment. These charges will be itemised separately in your invoice;
- By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment service provider;
- URGENT Pro is not responsible for the fees charged by third-party payment providers, and such fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
11.3 Pricing and Platform Fee
- All Quoted Prices are inclusive of the Platform Fee. The Platform Fee covers URGENT Pro's services in facilitating the Booking, administering the Service Agreement, collecting payments, and providing customer support.
- The Quoted Price displayed at the time of Booking represents the total amount payable for the Services (excluding any applicable payment transaction fees as described in clause 11.2).

On confirmation of a standard Booking, a Deposit of 10% of the Quoted Price is payable at the time of acceptance of the quote. This Deposit is required to secure your Booking and assign a Service Provider.
11.5 Full Payment at Booking (100% Deposit)
Notwithstanding clause 11.4, URGENT Pro reserves the right to require full payment (100% of the Quoted Price) at the time of Booking in the following circumstances:
- Where there is a reasonable concern that the final payment may not be received or is at risk of non-payment;
- Where the Booking is organised on behalf of another person and proper billing details of either the person receiving the Services or the person organising the Booking are uncertain or unverified;
- Where there are any doubts that the balance payment may not be retrieved after Service Completion;

- Any other service where You will no longer occupy or have access to the service address following completion.
URGENT Pro will notify You if full payment at Booking is required and the reasons for this requirement.
11.6 Balance Payment
Unless full payment has been taken in accordance with clause 11.5, the remainder balance of the Quoted Price is due at the time of Service Completion.
Payment of the balance is required before You sign off on Service Completion (as described in clause 11.10), unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
11.7 Variation Payments
If a Variation is agreed during the course of Services:
- Payment for the Variation is due at Service Completion, together with any balance payment; or
- Where Services extend beyond one day, payment for Variations may be collected at the end of each day or at Service Completion, as communicated to You.

Payment is collected by URGENT Pro as authorised payment collection agent for the Service Provider. Your payment to URGENT Pro constitutes payment to the Service Provider, and upon receipt of your payment by URGENT Pro, your payment obligation to the Service Provider is satisfied.
11.10 Service Completion and Sign-Off
In order to maintain the quality of Services, all Service Providers are briefed about the requirement to carry out an inspection process after Service Completion. Service Completion is confirmed as completed once you have signed off.
We strongly recommend that you inspect the full scope of work before signing off.
Sign-off occurs when:
- You provide verbal confirmation to the Service Provider that the Services are complete and satisfactory (e.g., confirming "all good" or words to similar effect); or
- You sign a completion form or acknowledgement provided by the Service Provider.
Once you have signed off, the Services are deemed complete, and final payment (if not already collected) becomes immediately due.
